We are so excited to have TWO KMIS Spirit Rocks! Both rocks are in front of the school near Kings Mountain Boulevard, one at the entrance and one at the exit. Either of the rocks can be painted by you to honor/celebrate your child's birthday or accomplishment! Each rock may be rented for a fee of $10 per day or you may choose to rent both rocks for $15 per day. To rent a rock, you will need to come to the main office to pay to reserve the rock(s) for the day(s) of your choosing. Neither rock will be reserved over the phone. The rental fee must be paid in order for the date(s) to be reserved. This means, rocks will be rented on a first come, first serve basis. Either rock may be rented for as little as one day or a maximum of one consecutive week at a rate of $10 per day or both for $15 per day. If someone rents the rock for one day ($10), but no one rents it the following day, that child's decoration may stay up until the next sponsor pays to paint the rock or until the school decorates it. When a rock is rented for a particular day, the rock may be decorated beginning at 4:00 p.m. on the day prior to the rental date. For example, if someone rented the rock for the date of Oct. 29, the sponsor could begin painting the rock at 4:00 p.m. on Oct. 28.
